Workout Tips

A friend of mine goes to the gym like 7 days a week, so I asked him for some tips on how to work out my arms.  He showed me a couple of routines for biceps, triceps, and shoulders.  The routines are very simple and easy to understand.  Makes me want to start working on my arms and upper body right away.
