I can't believe I have shingles at 34 years old. I thought only the elderly are at a high risk for it. I thought they were bug bites at first, but now the rashes are behaving like shingle rashes. I went to the doctor today and the family doctor confirmed that it was shingles, but a minor case. The pain is not too bad and the two patches of rash are small. The doctor said if I don't take the medication, then it may go away by itself but the pain might last longer. I'm going to wait it out a little bit more to see how uncomfortable it can get.

Also, my medical record got erased because I hadn't come in to the doctor's office for more than seven years.
