Patient Rights

Since my dad is not able to speak, I have to speak on his behalf. My mom and I take turns to be by his side every single day. Yesterday some disrespectful lady tried to throw some rules at us and I threw them right back. (It was the second time that she pushed my buttons; the way she talks exudes an aura of arrogance and disrespect). She said she couldn't talk to me and walked out of the room to have somebody else talk to me. Then she asked other people to schedule a meeting with my mom and me.

Today we attended the meeting and they all got to learn more about me and some of their wrong doings. So my mom and I ended up getting what we originally asked for.
