A few weeks ago I requested to have my dad's G-tube replaced after seeing more accumulation of white spots that appear as if they were milk residue on the inner lining of his G-tube but which I could not get rid of. It has also been a year a half since the tube was first placed in his stomach from his first hospitalization.

Yesterday, they called us and we agreed to get it done. They sent out people on the same day. Three people showed up, including a nurse, an assistant, and a technician with an X-ray machine. They arrived after 6 p.m. and everything was completed around 20 minutes. Then my dad was not allowed to eat for the rest of the night until we received a call this morning to confirm the X-ray results.
