I almost lost my iPhone today. I left it in the bathroom stall at school and then went to class to teach. Shortly after, a faculty member from the English department came and I thought it was a student at the door because class was about to start. It was a colleague who knew who I was. She knew I was on campus and which room I was in because she called the school to check.

I felt so incredibly lucky today because it would have been quite sad to have lost my phone. It is one of those rare times when I feel glad to not have a passcode on my phone.
